HOW TO START YOUR DAY WITH POWER, PASSION, BALANCE AND GRATITUDE
1. Always start your day with gratitude. List 5 to 10 things in your mind or on paper (depending on how much time you have) of what you are grateful for.
2. Ask yourself what you would like to achieve out of this day, it may be little, or it may be a lot, but put purpose into your day. Hard work is purposeful, but so is relaxation, depending on what your body needs.
3. Use the 'Law of Attraction' to bring
into your life your desires and your needs. Don't just 'want' to be that person, 'be' that person. Change who you are NOW. Put whatever steps you need to into place to create the life you desire, and believe that the universe will provide for you what you focus on (good or bad)...remember to only focus on what you want and NOT what you don't want.
4. Wear clothes that make you feel the real you. If you are recreating yourself, the first way to change your life is to change your image to suit who the new you is.
5. Listen to great music on your Ipod or in your car. Karma Sunset, the book, has a great range of mood music to suit most tastes, young and old. |
